All our online prices are listed in US dollars (USD). All prices displayed at our Toronto brick-and-mortar location are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We use current exchange rates to ensure that our national and international prices are on par with one other.

Shopping through our website is the fastest and most convenient method for placing an order with us. However, if you prefer not to order on our website you may also place a phone order. Please give us a call at 647.345.3444 and we will be happy to take care of you.

We make every effort to dispatch our E-Gift Cards promptly and most will go out within 3 business hours. To ensure same-day delivery orders must be received by 4pm EST. You will receive an email confirmation once your e-gift has been sent. Task New York E-Gift Cards carry no expiration date and will not lose value. They are non-returnable, non-refundable for cash, non-resalable, and non-transferable. We depend on the purchaser to give us a viable and accurate email address for delivery but if the E-Gift Card is not received by the recipient for any reason, or if the security of the Code is compromised in any way, please contact us immediately so we may cancel the original Code and issue a new one. E-Gift Codes will be replaced for the balance shown in our records if you are able to provide proof of purchase and knowledge of the original number. Task New York is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost or stolen E-Gift Codes or use without the permission of the bearer.


At Task we go out of our way to select distinctive merchandise and many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities. This means that once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock, and you will be alerted to any shipping delay and given an approximate date of shipment at the time of order.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.


We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you prefer to pay via PayPal please contact us and we will be happy to arrange for a PayPal invoice to be sent to you.


Respecting and protecting your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you submit to us will never be sold or knowingly shared with any other entity.

Order Processing

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process, as well as an email that states your order number and order total. When your order has been processed for delivery you will receive a second email notification with a tracking number.

We pride ourselves on handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items departing within 1 business day. Orders placed before 3:00pm EST will be processed and picked up for delivery the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be picked up for delivery on the following day. As we are generally closed on Mondays...any orders placed on a Monday will likely not process until the following day. Any orders placed after 3:00pm EST on Friday, and on Saturdays or Sundays will also process the following Tuesday as we are not able to accommodate weekend pick ups for delivery. Any products that require a longer than normal lead time will have an estimated processing time-span clearly listed on the product page.
